1. Introduction

Welcome to ActionableAI ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our application and services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.


2. Description of Service

ActionableAI is an AI-powered SaaS application that helps users create actionable checklists, offers focus mode for working on these checklists, and includes gamification elements to enhance user engagement.


3. Account Registration

To use ActionableAI, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.


4. Service Plans and Billing


4.1 Free Plan

Our free plan includes:

  • Limited AI-powered checklist generations
  • Up to 3 recurring checklists
  • Limited daily focus sessions

4.2 Paid Plans

We offer two premium access options:

  • 1-Year Pass ($49): Provides full access to all features for one year from the date of purchase
  • Lifetime Access ($69): Provides permanent access to all features with no expiration

Both paid plans include:

  • Unlimited AI-powered checklist generation and refinement
  • Unlimited recurring checklists
  • Unlimited daily focus sessions
  • Priority support

4.3 Payment and Access

Payments are processed through Stripe. The 1-Year Pass provides access for exactly one year from the purchase date, after which access will revert to the Free Plan unless another paid plan is purchased. The Lifetime Access plan provides permanent access to all current and future features of the service.


4.4 Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for either the 1-Year Pass or Lifetime Access plans. We encourage users to try our Free Plan first to ensure our service meets their needs before purchasing.


5. User Conduct

You agree to use ActionableAI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use ActionableAI:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
  • To attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • To transmit any material that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable

6. Third-Party Services

ActionableAI uses third-party services including Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, Fathom Analytics, Google OAuth and Resend. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.


7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ActionableAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ActionableAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the service.


9. Responsibilities

ActionableAI is not responsible for what the user does with the user-generated content.


10. Price Adjustments

As we continue to improve ActionableAI and expand our offerings, the price or available plans and features may change.


11. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.


12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to ActionableAI immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use ActionableAI will immediately cease.


13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
